I haven’t driven the route in a RV, but I know many people do drive RVs on the Pacific Marine Circle Route each year. The only area that could be an issue is the section between Port Renfrew and Lake Cowichan, but the highest point on that part is only 400m so unless it is a big storm, it shouldn’t be a problem. The section closest to Port Renfrew is really windy with some one-lane bridges, but take it slow and you’ll be fine. Follow Mayo Road downhill to the river and park near the bridge.
